How are rentals priced?
All rental rates are based on a 24 hour period, which begins when you take possession of the vehicle. Late return fees will apply.
How old do I have to be to rent a vehicle?
All vehicles require the renter to be minimum 21 years of age & the additional driver to be a minimum of 21 years of age.
What do I need to bring with me?
All renters must present a valid driver license, with photograph, at the time of rental. Also, you will need to bring the credit card we are using for your authorization and proof of insurance (U.S. residents).
How do I make a reservation?
To make a reservation we will need to run a credit card authorization and verify insurance coverage prior to your rental. You can supply all necessary information online or over the phone at 888-850-4455 for USA ,for international calls (305) 858-5528 for international calls (888) 850-4455 .After making a reservation, you will be contacted by phone for confirmation and guaranteed your chosen vehicle baring any unforeseen circumstances (accidents or service needed).
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
We must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time in order to avoid being charged up to one day's rental fee.
Do I need a credit card to rent a vehicle?
Yes, you must present a valid credit card ( not a bank or debit card), in the renter's name at the time of the rental. A credit card authorization approval will be requested prior to rental to be used as a deposit, this is only an authorization, not a charge. The authorization varies between $2,000 and $5,000 (Ferrari $10,000) depending on the vehicle. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Final payment will be applied to the authorized credit card.
What fees does the State of Florida impose?
A sales tax of 7.0% and a $2.05/day road tax will be applied to all rentals.
What is the mileage charge?
Client is entitled to the following mileage: Ferrari, Bentley, Maserati, Rolls Royce, Lamborghini- 50 miles free per day,extra miles $4.50. All other cars - 100 miles free per day, extra mile $1.50.
Are additional drivers permitted?
Yes, additional drivers are allowed. Additional drivers must meet the same age and driver license requirement and be present at the time of rental, a charge of $25.00 a day will apply.
Do you offer an airport shuttle service?
Yes, a car can be scheduled for transportation to and from all airports or seaports.
Can you deliver the vehicle to me?
Yes, we'll deliver your vehicle to a location in Dade and Broward Counties. We ask that the renter be present at the time of drop off. We will need to complete paperwork and review the proper vehicle operation.
What insurance coverage is offered?
The daily rental rate does not include any insurance coverage. Renter assumes responsibility for the full value of the vehicle. If you do not have your own adequate transferable collision insurance, we recommend our optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).
Are the cars allowed out of state?
No, for insurance purposes, all vehicles are required to stay within the state of Florida.
Is off-roading permitted?
No. No matter which vehicle is rented, all renters must agree that they will not use the vehicle for off-roading, racetrack, or illegal purposes.
Is smoking permitted in the vehicles?
No, for the pleasure of all future renters, we do not allow smoking in our vehicles. A cleaning charge may apply if policy is violated.
What is the fuel policy?
Be sure to fill the vehicle with fuel before its return. A refueling charge of $7.50 /gallon will apply to cars with less than a full tank.
What happens if I'm involved in a traffic accident?
For insurance purposes and your protection, you must file a police report and seek for medical attention if needed.Then contact us promptly so we are aware of the situation.
What should I do if my vehicle breaks down?
It is unlikely since most of our vehicles are new models. However, each vehicle is protected by a 24 hour road-service plan which will aid you with such items as: Flat tire change, lock out, towing, and fuel delivery. You simply will have to call the phone number provided with the vehicle and help is on the way.
